What We Do

We can provide almost any IT service for small to medium sized charities. For some of our customers we provide an occasional troubleshooting service when their main IT contractors let them down. For other customers we provide all the services you would expect from an in-house IT department, everything from purchasing new computers to developing a charity's IT strategy ... but for a fraction of the cost!

We don't know what we need ... but we need it Now!
Charities can often find themselves expanding, or contracting, very rapidly. Suddenly, systems that worked very well for one size of organisation, start to fail, often catastrophically.
Not only can we get you safely through a "firefighting" process, getting systems stable and usable quickly.
We are also able to take an overview of your whole organisation, suggest how sytems can be integrated, how information can be shared, or kept secure, recommend the new hardware that you will need.
We are also very aware of the difficulty that charities have in planning expansion: One year it looks as though the "Big Project" will be going ahead ... then grants are cut, key staff leave, and projects are put on ice.
We are prepared to work constructively with such setbacks, update plans as capacity changes, and come back to projects (sometimes years) later!
We obviously keep abreast of technological developments. However, we never recommend the latest technology until we can see it performing well in a business context: Big businesses can afford to take risks with untried technology, but charities, with their limited resources, need to be much more careful.
