We can provide almost any IT service for small to medium sized charities. For some of our customers
we provide an occasional troubleshooting service when their main IT contractors let them down. For
other customers we provide all the services you would expect from an in-house IT department, everything
from purchasing new computers to developing a charity's IT strategy ... but for a fraction of the cost!

Broad Experience - Flexible Approach
We have distilled our years of experience with charities into the design of our own web-based
database system, JustCRM, tailored to the needs of small to medium sized non-profit
organisations.

But we don't bind ourselves unnecessarily to our own product.
We have worked with databases on all kinds of platforms over the last 20 years, from the early MicroManager single-user system
through to Microsoft's SqlServer, and are happy developing on almost any system
which meets the needs of our customers.

When do we get involved?
We have the expertise to take an organisation through the whole database process, from interviewing key staff
and writing an information analysis report, right through to long term support.
Sometimes we have been called in right at the end of a database's implementation, when key
staff or volunteers have suddenly left. Other times we're called in just to help with the analysis
and specification, after which a project is taken in-house.
But mostly we're called in when a charity realises that they have a major information problem,
and we can then work with the customer - end users, Senior Managers and Trustees - to provide a
comprehensive and appropriate solution to the organisational problems.
