Troubleshooting Services
Quick Response
If you are a customer with a comprehensive, emergency, or disaster recovery contract, we
can be with you, on site, on the next business day after you call us.
For customers on a standard maintenance contract, we will endeavour to be with you within
5 working days, or within 10 working days during holiday periods (August and Xmas).
New customers who run into unexpected trouble can expect to see us within a similar time frame.

All Kinds of Trouble
There is so much that can go wrong with a computer system: from simple things, like a
power switch breaking, to apparently intractable problems, like an internet connection
playing up intermittently.
Between us, we have a very broad training and experience with all kinds of systems.
We also have substantial research training and experience: We can get to grips with
unfamiliar and top-end systems quickly, and methodically isolate where a problem lies.
If it's with in-house hardware, we can order and install
replacements quickly.
If it's with software, we will liase with the manufacturer to install appropriate updates,
service packs, etc., and if none is available, we will work with the manufacturer to find
an appropriate workaround.
If the problem lies with a 3rd party service provider, we will liase with that provider to bring
the service up to scratch as quickly as possible.
