JustCRM
JustCRM is a collaborative project between Personal Computer Services and BlackAnt Computing.
We have pooled our knowledge and experience, and worked alongside 2 major UK charities,
to develop this web-based database platform, designed for charities and non-profit organisations.

Applications of JustCRM
Problem: How can we share contact information?
The simplest use of JustCRM is to share contact information.
Because JustCRM is web based, you can make your contact database available throughout
your head office, your branch offices, your field stations, your home workers,
and your volunteers. And, of course, all staff can access the information at home, at
conferences, at airports, even on holiday!
Staff can be grouped into "Security Groups", and all information can be security protected,
giving different access, edit and delete permissions to different security groups. So, you
don't have to share all your information with everyone.

Problem: Have we ever contacted this person? If so, when?
JustCRM includes its own email client, which can be configured to track information sent
and received by email. You can look up a contact's record, and see quickly what communication
they have received, what documents they have been sent, even what meetings they have been
invited to, and whether or not they attended. Using the simple "Contact Logging" function,
you can even track when contacts are sent written information.

Problem: Where is Martin? I need to contact him urgently!
Using JustCRM's shared diary system, staff can quickly find out what any member of staff
is doing at a particular time (if they've filled in their diary ...). If they are not
immediately available, staff can use JustCRM's Hub Communication system to get a message
to Martin immediately (no need to send an email and risk a flaky email server). Martin
will receive the message the next time he logs on to JustCRM.

Problem: I sent confidential information to the wrong user!
If the information was sent using JustCRM's hub communication system, it can be recalled
immediately. Messages can be edited after they have been sent, users can add comments to
messages that the sender can read directly, documents can be attached or detached at any
time.

Problem: Information Services need a shared, but secure, catalogue.
JustCRM's document catalogue module can be made accessible to selected security groups,
while remaining invisible to all other users. Within the authorised groups, some users can be given
"Query and View" permissions only, while others can be given "Edit" permissions and/or
"Delete" permissions as appropriate.

What does JustCRM do "out of the box"
The standard product will help you manage Contacts, Organisations, To-Do lists,
Emails, Documents, Bulletin Boards, Internal Messages and Diaries.
JustCRM comes with a standard set of link types and folders, which can be configured
to suit your operational processes, using a simple web interface.
With a little extra work, JustCRM can store and report any other kind of information (e.g. resources,
budgets, projects). It can be easily extended to automate extra tasks (e.g. resource booking,
budget management), and can be interfaced with your existing database systems (e.g.
personnel database).
